Terms and Conditions

Once an order is paid in full, Recycled Rubber Products will begin the fulfillment process.  Orders are delivered via common carrier with a weight of approximately 2000 lbs per pallet.

Special Shipping Note

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping has increased to record-breaking volumes causing logistic delays nationwide. Because of these delays, our delivery times are estimates.  We will not guarantee a time frame for delivery.

  • 3/4-inch mulch: 5 – 10 business days (Natural Black), 5 – 6 weeks (all other colors)
  • Premium 3/8-inch mulch: 4 – 6 weeks
  • Shredded mulch: 6 – 8 weeks

While Recycled Rubber Products works closely with its carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed, and various factors can impact the carrier’s ability to deliver within the expected time frame. These factors include:

  • Your location in relation to our warehouse
  • The carrier’s equipment
  • Holidays
  • Weather
  • Delayed or stalled production and/or shipping because of complications due to COVID-19
  • Other unforeseen events that may delay shipping times

Deliveries refused, including those due to late deliveries on the carrier’s behalf, will be refunded, minus all incurred shipping costs. These costs may include, but are not limited to, shipping costs to and from the customer and the RRP facility.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered Monday – Friday

Orders of 8 or less:
A lift-gate will be included in the delivery and the palletized order will be delivered curbside and moved via pallet jack. The pallet jack can only be operated on a flat paved surface. The carrier will deliver and unload as close to your property line (curbside) as is accessible by the delivery vehicle. In some locations the driver will not be able to deliver curbside and will endeavor to deliver as close to the driveway as possible. This service does not include installation of mulch or removal of packaging materials. The customer will be responsible for the contents after the delivery. Freight services are prepaid, and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery.

Orders of 9 tons or more:
For orders greater than 9 tons, customers will either have to:

  • A) provide their own equipment capable of unloading the skids off of the delivery truck.
  • B) have multiple lift-gate trucks deliver curbside

Damaged / Missing Product

Recycled Rubber Products must be notified within 2 business days of delivery of any damaged or missing items. If the mulch has been removed from the supersack, the entire ton will not be refunded. Please include pictures of damaged / missing product.
